Hur jag ska nå dit: Jag går med stavar.
Problem: Man ser så jävla dum ut. Och jag tror det är tråkigt.
Lösning, tre alternativ:
1. Bita i det sura äpplet och gå ändå, bara för att tröttna efter tre promenader och stoppa in stavarna i garderoben.
2. Göra en kul grej av att man ser dum ut, t ex klä sig i en tokig mössa varje gång man ska stava, så att folk verkligen glor.
3. Skita i hela grejen och nöja sig med tillfredsställelsen att man i alla fall har visualiserat ett hälsosammare liv.
Det lutar åt nummer tre.

Här har du en som har bestämt sig för att gilla läget. Har alltid hånat stavgångare och har rentav upplevt en del ångestfyllda situationer pga stavgångare. Men nu är jag där själv. Medelålders, lätt överviktig. Och det är superskönt! Jag, som alltid gått jättelångsamt, får upp ett enormt tempo, jag känner hur blodet cirkulerar i de stela axlarna och jag tar mig för att gå till vackra platser.
